I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and Corporate Financier and originally trained with the firm before moving to KPMG in 1996. In 2004 I rejoined the firm as a Partner.

I have worked with a variety of clients over the years providing audit, business and corporate finance advice to companies with turnovers ranging from a few thousand pounds to PLC’s with turnover in excess of £350m.  I have provided advice on various transactions including management buy-outs, company acquisitions/disposals, shareholder restructuring etc.

I am the firm's Corporate Finance Partner and I am also a member of the UK200 Group Corporate Finance panel.

When I’m not at work my favourite pastime is spending quality time with my wife and children, usually as a spectator or supporter on a football pitch!
